I researched
PayPal stealing money
and encountered

. It would be interesting for exchange markets to use a payment service provider payment gateway other than paypal.

Seems like BS to me, $50 annual fee and a transfer fee, and they aren't committed to those fees, they say they'll change them without telling you.
