What about painting a big, white letter "B" on Mayweather's back.

Kind of reminds me of what the dogecoin community is doing to get Josh Wise to promote dogecoin. But I would rather prefer to have that on the super bowl jersey. I mean having the bitcoin logo on any one of those teams would definitely make a difference.

I will tell you what will happen, nothing. Nothing at all. Hypothetically when Pacquiao or any very well known boxer, fighter or athlete is advertising something people just do not care about his gloves or shorts.
They are watching this for the show. Probably some people will notice weird BTC symbol and then maybe google it, but that is it. It would be a good way to promote Bitcoin nonetheless, too bad it probably won't happen.

Awareness through advertising is simply about exposure. More is better. Pretty cut and dry.

But if you want to know the immediate direct effects of such an event: who knows?
