I don't think so. The world is full of different people. Different perspectives. Once a world has greedy person, there will be a victim who will end as a victim. Ending the poverty needs a great participation from all the sectors in a country such as the government itself. If they allow cryptos to help them then it might lessen the poverty rate.

My short answer is No! Poverty is sometimes attributed to the behavior of a person who refuses to find better ways to uplift his/ her life. As long as there are such attitudes, poverty will always exist. But Bitcoin would be a good means to use for those who want to get rich.
