what i read if you are banned once you cannot sign up again, but if you want to try ask for the reason why you were banned to be sure that it wasn't only because of something else than missing personal text.

It is every 4 hours after your last payment, they check and pay for new posts automatically at those intervals.

The easiest way to check is to keep an eye on your last payment & when your new payment comes in & then the one after, they will be the same intervals, if you are not maxing out your posts this will be easy to do.

Everything is automated. Your post will be counted every 4 hours.

Sometimes its happening to me when i was posting in local sub but even i post there i will still makinga 20 post more in counted place for every post.. but they are still reading the local and off topic but it can decrease your post counted this is just my experience but i am not complaining about this issue

that's why i stop posting in local because it can decrease your post count.

There is a little contradiction here, one says posts are counted anywhere, other that local and off topic are excluded.

There is nothing in the OP that says about sections excluded, but it is not said that all sections will be paid either
