Sorry, but I still don't get it. Decentralized social network? Is that the secret weapon? Crave was amazing in that it promised so much and then delivered. Hence the insane pump. So how does GRAV compare? Or will it be something like SLING, getting on trex at 15k, in 3 days it will be 5k?

No the secret weapon is really Decentralized Slack with support for paid membership channels, at least IMHO. The Twister port is a cool feature, but the decentralized IRC is the killer dApp. No central servers, no pay us huge amounts of money once you go over 10k lines of history or else we cut off your search, fully encrypted end to end, anonymous, and that works like Slack or IrcCloud. If you have a trading group for instance, you could set up a private channel that requires people to pay say 1k GRAV every month for access.
