Update: My BTC transfer went through today!  .... Only took a month.

20+ BTC pending.

They are obviously lying when they say that they are updating the site. No update takes more than a month.

We should team up and report their bank accounts so we can close their accounts. Otherwise they will be taking deposits to scam more people.

I finally received my small btc withdrawal after 27 days.  I'm concerned for the rest of my coins they hold but I don't wanna even try and withdrawal the rest of my coins while that bloody splashscreen is still there warning me of their 6 week long wallet upgrade....

Don't worry guys, you must have received the confirmation saying,

"Please note: it may take 3 to 7 business days to receive your payment in your verified bank account. Established accounts can expect money within 3 business days."

I am happy to report that we have successfully deployed our upgraded wallets and a normal service has now been resumed. All customers who had bitcoin transactions pending have now received their funds. We still have a few customers awaiting fiat payments which will be sent shortly.
