its been a while and first of all i would like to apologise for how south the project went, Mostly my fault for stepping back from the coin and letting it suffer as a result. There were two factors to why i had to leave the crypto scene and cerium:

The team i founded cerium with have all left cryptocurrency. I started this project with 4 people, as i said before i was the project head and co-ordinated the team and its efforts, a lot of the things we set out to do was part of my vision for the coin. The biggest loss was cerium.info the guy who ran this left crypto without any warning and took the site away with him. when i discovered this it was a huge hit because it was the only slightly unique feature to cerium and also i didn't have any records of who owned the asset. i spent a while trying to find people to come and help but never managed to make much progress which was unfortunate. Around this time there were matters in my life which needed more attention than crypto and i just didn't have the mental strength or motivation to continue cerium because it felt like a dead end.

I've come back to crypto and got everything in order and reading back through the pages, theres been a bit of effort to try and pick up where it was left off. I'm sorry i let a lot of people down because there were some really dedicated members in the community. I have some fresh ideas in regards to cerium and i would get it going again.

In order to do this I NEED people to come forward and be part of the team. Graphics, web development, promotion, coin development are all areas in which assistance would be greatly appreciated. if i can get a dedicated team who believe in the idea of it working on it then there wont be any reason for it to fall apart again and we can build one of the strongest currencies in crypto

   Glad to see you are still alive. Most of the community didn't think you were coming back so a few members like BTC-BTC-BTC and incognitoworker (just to name a few) have been working to try and salvage "things." They have some good ideas. I know you have invested a lot of time in this project in the beginning. I think it would be best if you, BTC-BTC-BTC, incognitoworker and any other major investors/important parties get together and come up with a plan to move the coin forward and present it to the community. It's important not to leave anyone out and not to let anyone’s time (past or present) be wasted. I hope you can all come to an agreement. I think we all want to be on the same page and don't want to see a "fork" in the road here.

All holders that have provided their counterparty information have now got their assets.
If you somehow have not, please pm me to sort it out.
There is 2 more holders i am waiting on reply from.
We will run swap option for 2 more weeks to give everyone a chance to join.

There is no "war" or "fork" situation with Adam returning, we are all grown ups and should be able to come to a solution beneficial for all.
Until this situation is fully clear, we will give everyone who participate in swap process a refund option if they for some reason change their mind.
This refund option will be valid thru out this year, and 1.1-2016 there is no more refunds.

Lets make something unique together, you have not heard much of our plans yet and we can be very creative.
I think we have one of the best communitys here, not the regular toxic players.
