Its really cool what you are doing but im not willing to trust someone on the darknet with my funds. You should just provide order matching and multisig escrow on the darknet. I would be more than willing to pay for that service. And the funds used to pay for your service could also double as some assurance that the other party would finish the transaction after the orders had been matched.

I understand your concerns. Keep in mind plenty of "mainstream" exchanges run off with or lose costumer funds, poloniex, c-cex, mtgox, vircurx and countless others. . We are looking into several options to alleviate concerns of theft. InstantEx is our version of shafeshift, where users can deposit funds and have them instantly exchanged and sent to an address and we are also looking into devolpment of a localbitcoin.com clone. Additionally we have been interested in a OpenTransactions VotingPool feature.
