I think the PDF and the huge overhead editorship hierarchy is a repeat of Bitcoin Weekly's mistakes.
Problem with editors is that they're only one person, with only a limited viewpoint. They're also a bottleneck in the production of content.
My operation is a 3 tiered hierarchy. Freelancers, staff writers, and the editor-in-chief. My role is more of a combat support role. I administer payment, hire people, advertise, and write code. I plan to either eliminate these roles or delegate them.
I want the good people of Bitcoin Weekly to be fighter pilots, not drones who are completely incapable of functioning without getting approval for anything.
Problem with PDF is that they're not as linkable and you can't comment on them.
I hardly ever get approval for anything, I just kind of... go. We'll see how it goes

I've read all the comments here and it's very interesting. Do you think that articles should all be published on the website? Should it be done before or after the PDF release?
I still say they should be posted a day or two after the pdf, but you already know my opinion
