its usually by the end of the ICO that they distribute bounties but this one has planned to distribute bounties by next year?  it should be worth waiting if price rise by that time, when will Decent be on Exchanges? i suppose they have already talked to some like bittrex.

I dont know why they are so slow on this. They say it is because they update the list in steps and only sometimes.
But if you get rejected after one month of beeing part of the signature campaign it isnt much funny.

Yes. It is one reason, the team is protecting ico investors, they fear the bounty hunters dump the coin below ico price, this will damage the decent's reputation, look at iconomi, after the bounty dump, the price is still under ico price.

Second reason, the main net is not releasing so early, it will release in next year, therefore impossible to distribute the bounty in this year.
