Yes i agree with you, i think is not the best online bitcoin wallet. because you can't sign a message. i prefer blockchain.info, you don't need handphone verification like xapo.

Anyways I preferred XAPO over Blockchain in online wallet provider as blockchain encounters many problems last year and no longer listed in the list of recommended online wallets in bitcoin.org.

Why people still use that wallet please do more research first. BC.I wallet is have a lot problem with their wallet service, also don't forget if that service wallet have been removed by bitcoin.org from their wallet list. Use cold wallet is the best choice, don't use hot wallet even for your daily spend, better choose mobile wallet for daily spend.
