How and how soon will the swap for GE take place?
The swap will begin as soon as the coin launches and remain open for 10 days.
sha256/hipos ? what does this mean ?
It's not very well documented, but from what I've gathered the only difference between HiPos and POS is that in HiPos your weight does not stop building after it hits your coin count. So if you have 10 coins and keep them offline for months, when you come back you will have 10 weight in POS coins, and more weight in HiPos that allows you to help get your fair share that you missed. HiPos also allows for some strategic locking and unlocking that was more relevant in Greed and GE than Swing.

bookmarking it it would be good if we can secure any pool before launch to set our miners since there is no countdown and only a hour or two notice on Sunday :/
Where is zhe pool？
I've been trying to reach out to supernova as they insta added both Greed and GE but have not heard back yet. I get the feeling he will show up on launch and plan to pre-add him as a DNS seed, but if not there is a tendency for a half dozen pools or so to add new coins so we should get a few at least.
