The problem is when you lose control of yourself and you get addicted to gambling. There is almost no going back if you get addicted. Your life may get from bad to worst so rapidly. Gambling maybe a good stress reliever but if left unchecked can be a bad habit to form. It can ruin relationships and financials if you get addicted to it.

Some people really treat gambling as an entertainment cause in my opinion not all people use gambling to earn money. Cause for them gambling is just like arcades I think depend on a gambling game, some arcade game you will just waste your money and no money in return but the enjoyment you felt is the one thing you get in it and that is your payment of your enjoyment the money that you buy a token. In some people they use gambling as like that, they pay for their enjoyment and if they lose that is fine cause they use their money intended only in gambling.

That is the most reason why gambling is really wrong, even with players controlling their bets they will eventually realize that gambling really is nothing but mare coincidence and luck if they will keep on playing it they will end up losing so much that their entire savings will be all gone! Well to tell you the truth gambling really isn't for people with losing much to their emotions and actually that is the side effect of the wrong doings of a gambler and gambling is really wrong wherever you look at it.

Yeah addiction is a bad/wrong thing not gambling, if someone gets addicted to gambling it's almost impossible to stop gambling. i used to gamble daily, but not anymore i'm glad that i put an end to my daily addiction lol.

And we should not warn others that they are heading into a cliff because they are driving legally, right? Its their car and their own life, why should we warn them? I think that if we know that something will result to a bad situation, we have a moral obligation to at least warn others. We know that gambling will not lead to any good, so we warn you that it is wrong.

I'm not completely off the hook, i do gamble but not daily/regularly.just sometimes whenever i have some free time/whenever there's a contest like primedice's.

That's a good thing that we are warning them, we are not disabling them to do gambling but they must know that gambling becomes wrong if it becomes their first priority and that is wrong if they are going to prioritize it. Because family must be set to be the first priority and as well your studies (if studying) and your job.

That is definitely true but not all countries apply the same thing, gambling on some countries is illegal but they still open it and try to attract more people to play. I dont say that gambing is wrong because it is for their business, the one is wrong is its people that played with it, may be if you can control it then it is good thing but mostly many people cant control it and this is sure the wrong thing

well if you are a lucky guy then maybe you can win a jackpot with a single bet. But the odds of that happening is maybe 1 out of 1 million. I am yet to see gamblers becoming millionaires and maintaining that wealth til old age. It is better to get rich thru hard work because you will value the money you earn. That will keep you wealthy through old age.
