I don't like assets where they aren't 100% sold to the public.

Keeping 10% is like a "golden parachute". Free money for people to dump if things take a turn downwards.



I would like to see the NXT raised in this "IPO" used for the purpose you intend to use the 10% premine on.

Profits and dividends information:
50% of the funds profits will be distributed as dividend, 30% is retained for reinvesting, up to 3% will be donated to NXT services. The rest will be the management fee (which also can be reinvested, if we think that it makes sense)

Also at least 5% of the future asset issues will be distributed as dividends, for most projects probably more. So the payout structure is mixed, asset holders receive NXT payouts as well as shares in the new projects.  I think this is the best scheme which could be used for a blockchain based fund.

Yes, the merchant platform is not unique, but this space is still very far from saturation. It connects nicely to coinomat.com, another porfolio project. The platform will be based on Coinomat API.
