If devs were serious they would pay bittrex 3-4btc to get listed
I'm guessing Bittrex is the biggest exchange you use? It's a nice exchange but we can put that funding on other things.
I can tell you the devs are serious, the work they are putting in to this coin is quite brilliant.
The idea is to get listed on as many exchanges as possible, this not only helps promote the coin and the exchanges, but helps bring extra security for the community.
