In my opinion 500 bits are very low reward for account twitter account who have more than 500 followers, you should increase the reward amount to 1000 bits for this category to make it attractive for members who have more than 500 followers.

So it mean any person can tweet it again with same text after 48 hours until you have 1 million bits in budget,
