To answer your question: no, price will be what others are willing to pay.

The current price speculation is around 800-1000 Stats per IOTA.

Is it worth this amount and when will it be exchangable on exchanges?

And some of the greatest minds in crypto are discussing if it will work, because when it does,  it solves alot of issues crypto hasnt had an answer for yet. I have full faith in CFB and the rest of the team.  Sure, great investment, but it's bigger than speculation.

 

How many IOTA will be?

Besides which I also like it in IOTA that the devs do not go to well-trodden paths, do not copy of copy.
In their concept they found a way to close the serious security holes in crypto: preventing a threat to access passwords with help of quantum computers.
I like in IOTA also universalism of use. Possibility to use from communication of devices (IoT) up till online library etc. Everything depends only on our imagination and the time and ability to negotiate with various institutions and organizations.

P.S. Yes, we have some whales, but it is distributed fairly evenly. Our community consists of more than 350 participants.
Small, medium and big "whales" aims to assist by all means to create a good platform: with financial, brainstorming and other resources.

Always good news that someone in the IoT space who is also focused on crypto is allocating big sums for projects like this.

No concrete time schedule as the frontend was outsourced to a UI dev team, so it's really in their hands right now in terms of time. In the meanwhile we focus on testing and networking

If you think you got some good ideas for IOTA and don't want them to be buried underneath the coming new posts, I urge you to post your ideas on the specific sub-forum on Ryver as well. You always can create your own sub-forum to organize the information for easy access by people including yourselves. Your ideas could be picked by some people in the future. You never know. But if buried your ideas will never be useful and will be wasted for sure.

Same for questions. If you post your questions on the Help sub-forum on Ryver and get replies, everyone else also can revisit the questions and replies. So the same questions and answers won't get asked and answered again and again. In the mean time, users and members with questions can have a place to conveniently search their answers. It will be good for everyone and increase our communication efficiency.
