It took me for a while to understand who you were talking about, its lavine man, not lavigne Those are some good dunkers, I loved it when they faced each other for the pure talent of it but lets be honest here, there is no "entertainment" like there used to be. I remember in 2011 when blake dunked pretty decently, mcgee had some crazy dunks, ibaka being robbed when he should have been the one that won and all the other jazz, before that there was blake dunking over a CAR, and even before that we all remember dwight howards superman, nate with kryptonite and so forth. Dunk contest used to be about entertainment and not just talent, lavine and gordon could be even better dunkers I can't say much but they are surely not as entertaining as back in those days.

Anthony Davis is definitely staying for the same exact reason people mentioned, he will get more money in Lakers for sure next season when contract ends.

However, what people are missing out is what happens after the 5 year ends as well, I know 26 right now and 10 year period looks too much but if he waits until next season he will be 27 and he will get a 5 year contract which will put him on 32 years old, when you are 32 years old you get veteran max which is different from regular max, and at 32 he will have advantage of both being still good and bring something to the table but also very old when the contract ends, just like Chris Paul for example.

So, dude will have a chance to have his last 5 year contract and make INSANE amount of money in the next 11 years with 1 year waiting ,5 year regular max, 5 year veteran max, that is like close to 400 million dollars or so, that is literally close to HALF A BILLION DOLLARS. No shock he declined the offer now, it was a no-brainer decision.

With Lebron getting older AD might want to make sure for his future knowing that this team which being built around him and LeBron ain't be the same
after this season, he needs to look forward and wait for another good offer for him. It's agreeable that he's helping or we can say that lifting this franchise to this good stats.

It is not so easy to just go to another team and win a ring.
A player might join an team but next season a big draft might turn things around. So it is normal to me for a player like Davis to stick on a team just for the money.

Just for reference that Davis camp already made it clear prior to signing to Lakers that regardless of where or what team he ends up this 2019-20 NBA season, he will go into Free Agency in 2020. And yes, surely his camp will look into something good for him in the long-term as they don't want to waste his remaining years of being in prime. One of the reasons why Davis camp requests for trade on his former team is because of a poor strategy overhauling the roster of New Orleans Pelicans. This team literally wasted Davis talents for years.

Here in Lakers, LeBron is 34 and Davis is 26. We all don't know if LeBron is still the same LeBron once he turned 35-39 although surely there will be a change in his performance. I do believe that Davis's camp decision will depend on how Lakers will end up this season. Also, they will surely be watching the Lakers move for their plan of change roster next season before making a final decision if they will stay or not.

Anyhow, for an NBA enthusiast, I don't know why it took a while for you to understand who it is as it's so easy to understand who am I talking about.

As athletic and healthy LeBron is, he cannot fight father time. He is getting old and prone to the consequences of it like getting injured, getting slower. We cannot never really tell how effective he will still be next year.

I am watching this as well. It is a close game and will probably go down the line. I am betting for Nuggets to win this one.

The game didn't went into OT, Denver steal a game on the road because the Mavericks wasted their last possession with a turnover.

Bad game for them, Jokic come out to be the hero in the game while Luka were not able to pull his magic in crucial times.

Tough defense coming from the Nuggets got them the win. They have forced turnovers for the Mavs in their last two possessions. And good play double-teaming on Donkic on their last play. It is also a good choice to give the ball to Jokic to make the winning shot.

I think the last play could have gone different if Porzingis is playing. It would have been easier to make the play and clutch shot for Doncic if Porzingis is there to lure the defense.

Again with winning for the Jazz and then losing my bet for the Bulls.
It just tied my winnings.
