So Clippers fired Doc Rivers only to hire his assistant lol, makes you wonder who was behind all that, the players or Steve Ballmer.
It's a good opportunity for Ty Lue to showcase his coaching abilities and since there's plenty of talent on that roster i think he will do just fine, at least a wcf appearance.

I actually expected this to happen at one point or another, even though Morey, the NBA or Fertitta will not admit, i think him stepping down from the Rockets GM job is somewhat connected with China and his tweet in support of the Hong Kong protests last year. As you all know this costed NBA a lot of money, Rockets games were banned in China, losing hundreds of millions in this current situation is not an option...so yeah i'm not surprised at all.
Interesting to see who they hire as a new head coach, will they still play small-ball post Morey, or maybe trade Harden (who is 31) and go for a full rebuild, a lot of question marks ahead of the new season for Rockets fans.

When he take over the team from a fired coach, that's usually he got his success.

Now, the clippers, so can we expect the Clippers to be the NBA champion next season?

They are the favorites for the next season. I'm expecting a lot of offers for most of their players and it's their choice to get out or not. I've shared about Jason Kidd being part of the rumor of the choice of New Orleans.
There's also this rumor about Dwight Howard of transferring to Golden State Warriors. A lot of these actions have seen coming and let's wait which of those will happen for real.

Looks like Davis has finally found a home, Lakers now are intact and with that decision of Davis, I think Bron will not anymore leave the Lakers and probably retire in the same team.

I'm not expecting a back to back, at least next season there's a warriors and Nets going to battle this favorite team, and I'm hoping as well that home court advantage will be experience as the pandemic will be over.

The Black community will be happy with this news.

agree that Giannis did not proved his value in the play-off, during season teams are relaxed and it is easier to have great stats, if you are good, but great players show themselves in the play-off, when it is all-in, you can see many times that top teams from regular season do not reach finals in the end
it is a long season, and it is important to qualify for the play-off, but you do not have to do your best in regular season, i think that defence play starts with play-off, in regular season, most teams are playing attack only

Giannis + Luka + Porzingis ?  That would be surely a good team.I do agree that its better for Giannis to pair with other star and i agree that there would surely be an improvement but i wont be surprised if he
would decide to stay with the team. Heat or Dallas? It would be much better if he do chose Mavs and i do see a much better improvement and impact towards his career.He would need to make up

Personally I think (and hope) that all three players (AD, KCP, RR) will represent the Lakers next season.
