The deal has been reportedly completed as per Shams Charania on twitter.

I don't know the Warriors have done this but it's probably their biggest win of the season so far, given up just De'Antony Melton who's out for the season and 2 second picks for Dennis Schroder who's definitely one of the best guard in the league this season, he's one of the core player and leader for the much improved Brooklyn Nets this season, it does feel like the Nets do have a whole of other pieces in their roster, but still it's a big loss for them imo, and the Warriors seem like the immediate winner of this trade for me.

Yes, it's  De'Anthony Melton and three second-round picks. I think it's a good deal for both team, a win-win situation. Melton got injured and so they didn't get something out of him although there are high hopes on him when he join the Warriors as a guard.

And we all know how Schroder is, if he wants to score, he will, if he wants to just a implementor inside, he can do that as well. So he is a well rounded point guard and who knows, maybe a good compliment with Steph and maybe we can see good passes to their big man as well.

Even though I am a big fan of DS I think 3 draft picks (and D. Melton) is quite a big price for him. Under normal circumstances it's go but Schröder is on an expiring contract so he is an unrestricted free agent after this season.
I can imagine he wants to resign with the GSW if the price is right so maybe they already have some kind of understanding about this, who knows.
Anyway, I think he is a great addition to every team. There is a reason why he was the MVP in the FIBA world cup last year and this season in Brooklyn he also showed them. Coming from the bench he can lead the 2nd unit but also is a solid starter if necessary. Also his defender skill really have improved over the years!
Hopefully the deal gets done so he finally might have some sort of chance to win something in the NBA.

I think it's 2 second round picks in total not 3, the trade states, Warriors gets: Schroder and 1 2nd round pick, while Brooklyn Nets gets: Melton, and 3 second picks. I guess one of the picks will be a swap for a certain year.

In my opinion, given how little valuable 2nd round picks have been for the last few draft class, it's not much that Warriors have given up for an immediate return, I'd agree that with Schroder having an expiring contract could change things a little, because it could all come down to how well he's able to settle into the Warriors team.
