The Los Angeles Lakers vs San Antonio Spurs game tonight should be a good one. DeAndre Ayton will be getting a big test in his defensive ability tonight as he matches up with Wemby. Luka has also been on fire so it will be interesting to see if he is able to put up big numbers against such a unique defense.

While everyone focuses on the west and OKC, we are seeing Bulls sneaky good at east. We are seeing them do a very fine job, remember that this team finished 10th place last season, so them being at the top means a lot. Of course there are still a ton of games left, these teams will play 75 more games and of course that is going to mean so much more.

However, even if they start to be a bit worse, that is still a huge improvement. Finishing 10th and then finishing lets say something like fourth would be a huge improvement of the team. This should mean a lot and we could potentially see this be a very important difference maker. I think it's good that Bulls are improving, it's always good to see teams recover from bad years.

At the beginning of this season, the San Antonio Spurs played quite well and had a record of 5 wins and 1 loss, tied with the LA Lakers who have a record of 6-2. However, if they play at the Lakers' home court with many star players like Luka Doncic, the LA Lakers are more favored to win this game. And my prediction is the same, the LA Lakers will win this game.

If he can lock Wemby to under 20 points, that’s already a good one considering Wemby is taller and can shoot from anywhere. As for Luka, there’s no question about that, he’s one of the best offensive players in the league right now, so I expect him to score 20+ points again. But even if it’s their home court, if they can’t force Wemby to have a bad game, they’ll be in trouble. So it’s a must for Ayton to show his defensive ability, especially now that Reaves is also out.

Wemby is way better than ayton, he needs to put more effort to stop wemby, if he will play normal defense with the guy then its good night for him, players like wemby will have a block party if ayton or hayes will not do a better job on box out and defense, wemby will eat them alive, heard the news about sochan criticized wemby for holding the ball?
He is the star player what do you expect of him , pass you the ball you are a rebounder you need to do your job and do more rebounds not looking at wemby doing in the court if you act like that for sure you'll be in the trade when trade deadline comes.

With Oklahoma's loss, there's no unbeaten team left in the NBA.
Despite trailing by 20 points in the first quarter, Portland mounted a powerful comeback and finished the game with a 121-119 victory.
Portland, in particular, played very well in the second and fourth quarters.
They turned the game around in the final quarter.
Shai scored his stats again. Despite this, Oklahoma lost the game.
Generally, Oklahoma wins when Shai scores 30 or more points, but it didn't happen this time.

With this loss, there's no unbeaten team left. The Spurs were on a strong run, but they also lost to Phoenix and last night to the Los Angeles Lakers in their two-game road series.
Tomorrow's Spurs-Houston matchup will be a very exciting one. I'm curious to see who wins.

I also thought that the Spurs are going to take this win, but Luka has other plans and not allowing Wemby to take this one from them. I think Wemby needs to score more in his next games and obviously that the brunt of the scoring load.

It might be good that the scoring should be share amongst the starting 5, but I think it should be Wemby leading the pack first. And the more points he score, the higher chances they can win as what they have shown when they are in that winning streak.

Well, it was a close game, and it's worth noting that Ayton played well, making a double-double. Moreover, it seems that Ayton and other Lakers players were good on defense, considering that Wemby scored only 19 points, made 5 turnovers, and, untypically for him, made only 1 block.

What a lovely match between Lakers and Spurs! 

Lakers actually started the last quarter 8 points behind but still managed to win home. Doncic scored 35 points and of course it looks great. But I can't say he had high percentages (31% 2 pointers, 36% 3 pointers). 

Wemby wasn't on his best day. If he was able to score more than 19 I think Spurs could have really won. They are so dependent on him as you already know.

It was a wasted effort by the Spurs, they were already in a comfortable lead, but they let the Lakers go on a run. The last sequence was just crazy. It started when Marcus Smart made that huge mistake on the inbound turnover, giving the Spurs a last chance with only a second left. Champagnie got fouled but missed the first free throw, which could’ve forced overtime. In the end, the Lakers got lucky as they managed to escape despite all those mistakes in the final moments.
