It's actually become pretty difficult to get on Bittrex exchange. The days of just paying their Spotlight fee and automatically being listed are gone. They also want code verification, identification proof of dev, a lot of demand from the public, and to be unique/cool with a use case. This has the last point going for it, which is a plus.
Making the social media accounts is fast, organically growing a following for them is not though.
