Many reasons people use bitcoin because bitcoin is multi function, bitcoin can be used as an asset and currency so everyone likes bitcoin, bitcoin for me is a future asset, I do not panic even though the price drop.

Because we know the transaction using bitcoin is simple and the fee incurred if we want to buy something is very small as it is now. Bitcoin is instant, to be used anywhere. If we already know bitcoin for sure we will use it always.
