Continuous development is the key to successful a coin. With very experienced devs and great community support everything is possible.

For one you want to use diff 1 . everything above that is already diff 4 and more than , lets say 5 gh/s should use diff 8

Yes, could be fresh money pouring into ETH and found its way to EXP and DCR or it could just be whales having some fun.  Seriously though, if EXP is scamy, devs would have dumped the premine on this insane rise and skip town.  Instead, they are in the slack channel all day discussing what's ahead for EXP.  

Decred couldn't have picked a better time to launch.  Been trying to buy some in the low 200k range but it doesn't look like I'll have that chance.

So is the staking pool something the dev team is going to implement, or does someone from the community need to set it up, like mining pools?
