I do agree. Ive considered a slightly different name, but the fact is, Vegas coin is abandoned and HAS been abandoned for years. I think in time, after the swap , everything will change over.

Good to see you too Fallout. First, no one will have a gigantic Bag of VGS, because the total money supply with both goins merged will be around 250,000 total in the money supply. People have been begging someone to step in and takeover vegascoin for more than a year, so enormous demand is there. Upon announcement, within 24 hours VGC went 5 times the price. So, thats a great signal. The final chapter is far from written. You dont have a crystal ball, so you have no idea how this will play out. So, just sit back and grab some popocorn, and watch Vegas go to work, Las Vegas style. There are some emotional dumpers that dont agree with this decision,  so I would put some buy orders in.

Ok.. so I am meeting a LOT of resistance from the VGC community. VGC (Vegas coin) is dead and worthless, and the wallet is broken, and lord knows what else.

Ok, so We are going to switch gears here. The new coin will be called "Las Vegas" coin, and it will be swapped for fly only, 1:1. VGC will be left to do whatever.

you do not need the "VegasCoin" wallet. Vegasguy provided
that on the assumption that the old VegasCoin would be
swapped into FLY/LasVegas coin. Since it is now only a
re-branding of Fly to Las Vegas Coin with the new wallet
offering more options for development, you do not need
 the "VegasCoin" wallet.

  You should brand it Veritas, LVX. Then do you best sales jobs at casinos to accept it........to begin with. If you in fact had no premine, and everything has been on the up and up, i think you could be justified in such a name.  My guess is it would.....fly.

dont do a manual swap just use same address schema and everyone can claim his coins by himself with his private key
this way its in fact not a premine you just move the balances onto a new chain

there many devs who can handle such a chain switch with keep old balances claimable with old private key (we will do it exact this was at DMDv2 -> DMDv3 too)

the big advantage of this clean solution is that everyone can be sure sure that unclaimed coins stay just lost or can be claimed anytime later but no premine will ever go into coin creators hands

so its a no premine coin in this aspect
