Bitcoin is taking care of me as a extra income and i don't think that I can get rich with bitcoin in future as for that I need to have lots of bitcoin which not seem to be possible at a moment.

dont forget that lot of job on the internet, even without IT knowledge
you can be an advertiser(using internet), artist, and many more. the possibility isn't small either to find job on internet with other talent than IT

Work hard on some services available then just hold the bitcoin.
Look for another work that pay me via bitcoin and hold it and hope that the price of bitcoin get high enough.

I have some trading skills and i hope here i will find some usefull knowlege about bitcoin and after all i will use all of it and make some profit. I still don't know how  Hope strategy will come to my mind soon.

my plan, earning bitcoin as much as i can, then holding my bitcoin at paper wallet, wait it until reach $10.000 .

Better do it now because time is ticking. Soon it will be halving and the price will rise very fast. If you can't get in the trading game by then you will be left in the dust. Better trade now and earn as much bitcoin as you can so after the halving what ever bitcoin you have will have double or triple its value.

I just spoke to a guy over chat who told me his plan was to get 100 BTC, wait for the price to reach $5k per BTC and retire after that. Since he lives in a third world county, that might be possible for him. I know this is a simplification of the problem but I d like to know what s your plan. How many BTC is your goal, at what price and what happens once you reach that goal. After all, we have all been involved in a dream, why not dream it a bit more.
