Nice to hear you are in

Everybody has their opinion, but would PoS/PoC be implemented I'm out of BURST and would write long letters to crowe and the team to create a non-PoS fork of BURST
everyone has their opinion

from power saving point of view POC and POS might be equal
but impact on economy is very different
any mining that is unrelated to amount of coins u hold is
supporting sellpressure
any coinrollout based on POS is supporting hoarding
remove coins from circulation
and increase value of the few rare coins traded at exchange
additional POS is rewarding to have a node active and this way support the network
i am out is a harsh answer
i think if u love POC that much
u could state i want majority of coinrollout stay on POC (like 75%)
but to be total against it even if so much positive aspects as listed above
why?
A system that rewards those that have huge amounts of coins is bad; it's bad because we WANT circulation and volume at the exchanges, it's bad cuz we don't want to be a bagholders paradise.
We want value increasement of the currency due to development of new features and just not just for sitting still, we want USAGE of coins (as investments in crowdfunded projects driving the development further). We do not want investors to calculate how many percent you might miss if you actually support development with your money.
We want to be at the edge of development. Over and over again. PoS lack the incentive for that.
I don't remember if DMD had an IPO for (let's call it) "development", but if they/you had it's just so bad. You are collecting people's funds based on ideas alone, not on results. The reason that new features get funded in BURST is not speculation; we know, e.g., our AT-dev and happily award him coins for the work we know he is willing to do and complete.
PoS has one advantage: it's even more power saving than PoC, +20 percent if I recall it correctly, but that's about it. The PoC network is secured by miners just like PoW, and that's a great thing as the devs always need to keep mining interesting with the possibility of value increasements due to invention - not due to a damn algorithm. In the case of BURST, we are just in a period of such invention and increasing value is ahead to those who both buy and mine (after a period without a maindev).
Sorry for using "we" here, I am not part of the Dev Team but the "we" come pretty naturally with such tight community and soon two years of involvement one way or the other.
