I do tend to agree with that sentiment of staking myself. I mine 24/7 so, the added electricity consumption of staking my mined and purchased coins is virtually non-existant. For many that do not leave a computer on all the time, it is nice to have the option.

It is important to note that any website, exchange or otherwise, is a very attractive target to hackers. With that in mind, coins kept at an online service like PoSWallet are subject to a greater risk. However; these services do take very stringent measures and follow tight security protocols.

If I did not run machines continually, I too would trust PoSWallet. In fact, I have placed many of my own personal BERNcash on PoSWallet. I did so immediately after they added BERN to benefit community members that did join the service to pitch in on the group wallet's weight. #notMeUS

If you do use a website like PoSWallet and have a vested interest in the sites oppositions, I would advise to follow them on social media to stay abreast of any developments or other important announcments. Of course, as I have done here, I do my best to relay any important announcments I am aware of.

I tried to make an account there, it just kept repeating the signup page saying notta. Support did respond with a link to actualy register but havent gotten around to it yet. Anyone used this exchange ever?
