The most active Joel Fernández last post was "I'm not as sure as you are that they will refund BTC donations as the ICO terms strictly stated BTC donations were not eligible for refunds."
Not jumping to any conclusions, I'm pretty sure these guys are busting their asses right now, Its just that a more active approach can eliminate all surrounding doubts.
