I was a firm believer in the DPoS system in the beginning, but after the honeymoon phase is over, I definitely see a big problem with DPoS systems and I don't really see a solution to it. ARK, EOS and the others don't solve it either. There is a "winner takes it all" problem with all of them. I do still like smaller systems, like SHIFT, but it's a matter of time until they face the same problems.

Version 1.0.0 was updated five days ago and when you hover above you see that there is zero things to do. Does that mean that the core 1.0 is actually over but everything need to be multi tested before mainnet release?

We've been waiting long enough for this, Ethereum is struggling now due to increasing demand and the only competitor so far is NEO. When LISK is released there will be another contender, just hope it's not too late.

We need spread the word and find lots of uses for Lisk, if there is enough media backing and viable use cases for people to start using Lisk then we will be fine =)

Etherium block size has just hit 1TB and that is causing some issues with everything ETH based, a great time to capitalise is coming =)

We are waiting fore the Core 1.0 release and after that everything should speed up, this year HQ plans to double on the number of employees from 50+ to 100+ people.

The community appears to be somewhat dead after the re-Launch. I figure a great many people left after the landfill or were simply unsettle by the relaunch - which lets be realistic brought nothing that much for esteem for a time of work. I am sad however a Logo, Site and Lisk Hub isn't a ton for a time of work with the cash and size of group you have LISK HQ.

You might try subscribing to the blog and keep eye in chat for announcements because the action has been ramping up steadily

As long as Bitcoin 'tanks' all altcoins will also 'tank'.

When Bitcoin gets a cold the altcoins get pneumonia!

I myself have a new viewpoint on the next few years, ie: everything is a 'bubble' crypto, stock market, etc. I see a pretty good recession coming

instead of a 20% correction, which is the typical definition of a recession,  I'm thinking more like 40%. So just trying to keep 'debt free' and ride through this.

If we are 'lucky' BTC and altcoins and LISK will act as a 'store of value' like gold and at least go sideways if not up...if not...it will be a long wait

like stocks and traditional investments....too much going on...a recession is coming if not even more social angst in the USA...just gonna roll with it.
