If you checked his last messages he doesn't have any regret. He's living a decent life and he's one of the legends in Bitcoin community. He said it was a very good deal at that time.
Satoshi and most of those involved in the early times of Bitcoin were primarily interested in the potential to revolutionize finance and decentralize the control of money. Bitcoin was not developed out of a desire by a few to become millionaires
that's the big difference between bitcoin and the countless shitcoins out there
that's why you don't see people like Laszlo regretting that they gave away lots of bitcoins to new users or paid 10k for pizza as part of an experiment
