have you tried renaming it to Cygnus.conf ?
probably not it but i know linux is case sensitive and as the folders .Cygnus ...

so sensitive.just make it sure that you use Cygnus.conf not cygnus.conf,
you should have a connection if you do it.
or maybe add more new node

Yeahh dont worry, sorry , we are all highly involved with this coin, i want it be a success. Is just a dump, the market will be recover soon.
Ill setting some buy orders, and of course im not selling a single coin, dont let this whale buy back at that price, he gonna buy at 400 if he want to continue to play with CYG.

I really hope this coin do well, is better a dump on 400 instead of a dump at 1000 sats.
