I think we investors need to be realistic, the moon thing I guess is at least 5X  and above. Ethereum that happen to be the most successful ICO of recent went to the so called moon 2 years after their ICO. Let's allow the developer to release at least a beta version of their exchange with a real life application then we will start to reap the reward of this investment.
