Where is it listed?
You can just look at the order book within the exchange, it lists all of the buy and sell orders that are made on that specific exchange.
While a 100k sell wall was there, people panicking and dumping, so the whale has cheaper Waves. That simple.
idk the definition of a whale, but 100k comes close imho.
I would also call that a whale, assuming that that person has not put all of his money in one coin, it means he has alot of cash to 'play' with.
