Does the mist wallet have to be on the "Support DAO Fork"? And what is needed to clain the NEWB_ETH ICO tokens? Just wallet and email address? Or also the personal investment page Newbium unique investor id? Maybe better if the "claim message" will be coming from the email used in the ICO to avoid others (scammers) claiming investment of legit investors.

You will not be able to see and interact with your tokens if you use myetherwallet.  It's much better if you use the Mist wallet.
