Alright, I downloaded the new wallet, still have 2 000 000 TIPS in my old wallet.dat.
I tried to replace the old wallet.dat with the new one and restarted the Wallet. Is that how it'S suppose to work?
 

I will just leave my computer on tonight I guess. Hopefully wallet is up-to-date in the morning.
 

Same here. I had absolutely no problems getting my wallet synced. It definitely took it's time but I'm quite excited now.  I have moved my coins to coinexchange.io.
So, what is the roadmap for TIPS 2018? 
Are there any suggestions on this? 
Transactions seem to work fine and fast.    Is it possible to get this big (again)? There are many alternatives out there...

am really interested in knowing how far this project will go in 2018 any hope to hype tips so it can be properly traded with cause it takes yrs to sell when u want it to the buying and selling has to be moving fine people should be able to trad on it comfortably

which are the mainstream one? it seems only coinexchange left since nova is closing down. any alternatives? is TIPS project developped in Switzerland? Hmmm.... Zug seems to becore the BIG crypto-city. btw thanks everyone selling me those tips over at nova for nothing. just waiting for the last ones to sell me :-) - I hope tips will be listed again soon on gate.io (former bter). chinese used to love tips and they used to trade at 1000 ltc - santoshi. i contatcted gate.to and lets see when they relist new forked tips.

Exchanges: Once the new site is cleaned up properly and I compile a mac wallet, then we will start some out reach.
To fix all of the links around the internet to link to the new site.
Then to get listed on some more exchanges.
