It's not 100% ok. here is one issue i am aware of but i cant contact the devs directly so i can report it.

I have installed 2 different raiblocks wallet on 2 different computers and both have balance. I sent the balance of wallet B to an address in wallet A and imported my seeds in the 2nd wallet (now both computer have the same wallet addresses but my balance in both computer are different) and until now it is not fixed

I tried sending all the balance in wallet from 2nd computer and my wallet in the 1st computer still shows same balance

Do they have same block count?

Why're you selling for less satoshi. You would have bought for 350 sats+, right? IMO, you can wait unless you need btcs. The dev has taken a lot of time since the faucet is off. They may be in near to finish the needs. You can wait for one more month.

Only the faucet distribution is halted. And this coin is just a beta coin. There is no official announcement of the coin. Due to the coin's features people get attracted to accumulate the free distributed coins. This coin has lot of room to develop.

Everthing is about "They may be in near".. some people think a bit different: "They may be are not in near" and thats why price is falling down.. and it will be falling "may be" even to 0

It might be, IMO, 50% of the rai holders think that the coin will not proceed further from the current halt position. But posting more negative thoughts about the coin will create fear to people who holds coin and create panic pressure to sell at low price. Mostly people who are all posting are just expressing their concern about the halt of the free coins. Many of them, don't know or understand the technical difficulties. They just want free coins to feed their daily btc needs. People should ignore their posts.
