This coin spreads well in China , I hope the best for it , but I want to ask if Wanbi exchange is open for non Chinese members , did any one try to register there using google page translation ?
I hope to see registration guide for this site .
Having a google translate will not help you as they need the ff to be able to register there:
1. national ID from China
2. mobile phone number in China which is needed for the voice captcha verification.

I have submited WMCoin to yobit.net,and pay them 0.1btc as a fee.but no one could be contacted with,and their official twitter is off line quite a long time too.

You might consider this suggestion:
I suggest making giveaway for voting in c-cex , but this forum deny giveaways , so Bitcoin garden is good choice , I watched a lot of giveaways for voting there , because we want a lot of votes to be listed on c- cex , about 800 votes minimum , that will take long time if we wait people to vote for this coin .
