I recently made about 0.5 ETH out of ECash, from my experience after a short time span (a few days) the value of these new tokens often plummet so you 'd better sell now and you'll be able to buy much cheaper once the selloffs have passed. Look at eBTC as an example.

This is a personal piece of advice of course.

I disagree about ECASH -  I think it has a large upside and could see it pumping quite a bit higher.      If you don't need the hundred bucks,  I'd wait it out a few weeks and see where it goes.
