I kinda feel the same now, last I applied for +10 airdrops and 9 out of ten were a waste of time, I was doing free marketing on social networks but never received anything. Would be good to get some feedback what criteria needs to be met so the project is legit. I don't sign up if I don't find the project interesting and skip the ones who just have google forms without any context, but still the outcome is so marginal.

I have finally learnt that it's better to just hodl this tokens instead of selling them for just cents, they'll do well in the long run if they've got serious devs that are bent on making the project a success and taking it to another level

Check https://ethplorer.io you'll find your tokens there, it's not compulsory you add them unless you wanna transfer them

You add token after you received it. You don't have to do anything before you receive it.
