0.1mbtc? Isn't too low? 0.1mbtc is only around $0.28 with the recent bitcoin price. Indeed it is good for those who have small bankroll to play but betting on sports with such low amount is very rare. 0.3-0.5mbtc is more reasonable IMO.
But I appreciates the decision, probably with this low minimum stake the site will get more players especially for those who have low bankroll.

So is this site fair enough to securely know they will pay out to you if you win?
I have seen too many complaints to want to even put in any btc on to a site that have their customers run into issues after they win they have any problems whatsoever requesting for any payments to be sent out.
Because seriously, asking for ID and proof after the fact of trying to win is just a slap in the face and not even depositing this 0.1mbtc minimum (which is $0.26) on to a site is not worth it to me to spend.
