they asked me to send email for the security department , and they told me that I'm multi accounting

IDK how they are accusing me for this , but I sent my documents several months ago so in case they are suspecting multi accounting shouldn't they disable the promotion for the other accounts that are suspected to be mine ?

They did mention some of it, when we register there's a check box where we accept their terms and conditions, people don't pay attention to it until a problem occurs with their accounts. You'll only get asked for verification if they notice you're withdrawing a lot from your account most of the time.

i have the same issue steve, i verified my account sent all documents asked. after that a few weeks later promotions were disabled
