i don't think there could be considered a "minimum to participate"
1MNM is 0.00018194BTC right now, but you need atleast i believe 10,000 to be a "shareholder" and earn dividends

I am down with a heavy flu at the moment but as soon as it's over and I can work properly I will be getting a blog post and out join in the twitter contests and blast in fb crypto groups etc. I am halfway to owning one share so hoping before ICO end I can also gather a bit more btc to invest in this project because it has credibility and is awesome. I go back to bed now nurse my aching bones.
