Well a second sim card is out of the question for me because in my country sim cards need a complete verfication. There are no easy to get prepaid cards anymore.

The anonymous Steemit account service sounds good. It costs some bits but it is still affordable for me. Is it allowed to register anonymously or is it against the rules of Steemit?

I was looking for one in march and this is the price I was given for an account with 60~ rep but they withdrew the sp they had on the account right before offering this price.
