It is more than evident that this scheme was created to make money from unfinished products by issuing an ICO. In this case, it is
extremely brazen as they don't even have their own product. It is vaporware. They clone Crypti, which was nothing but a similar scam.
I have contacted the US authorities.
They ARE part of the old Crypti Devteam, and the Lisk code has evolved in a huge way with postgresql and other enhancements. You're not a test-net participant, so obviously you have no idea what you're talking about.
...and where did you get the idea Lisk is illegal in USA?
