I dont see why it should be relaunched. The coin and wallet itself is working fine, the only problem is that the pool payouts are not working.
That should be solved asap or if a third party would add the coin that would be fine too

If you don't see a problems with start
So you must be connected to this coins.

when to expect the first pool payout    today ?

Try to mine on pool, working when i start but now:

Thats because we are working on the pool to fix payment issues.
Should be back on. Just leave your wallet running, it will auto connect when pool comes back online.

from qt [ File-> open wallet ]

Select the .wallet from it's location.

Check inside C:\Users\"Username"\

you should find a .wallet

Bb you used a too low or high diff port and it autobans?

Some pools do that.
