this is not how the production will work.  forecasts will happen and end before the crowdfunding period starts.  most likely the amount of time for forecasting will be set by project creators.

These are not "dividends"; these are called getting rewarded for doing some work (in this case making an educated forecast) and being accurate in your work.  Actually there is forecast rating goes up over time as well for actually showing up (making a forecast), so consistently showing up is also part of the reward.

Dividends on the other hand are profits paid to shareholders of some company for work they did not do.  In the WINGS system no one gets rewards for doing nothing.

The price on liqui is fair enough and not being pump, if anyone wants to buy their IOU now is you best chance to get in but i suggest you wait for the token to be release and get listed in an exchange.

IMHO, Liqui IOU can be a tool for investor on how to gauge the amount of their respective wings token . When the time comes that Wings is ready to open its market somehow people will be able to position themselves to a more favorable side.

Just give good suggestions for the exchange of wings, if it will be traded on exchanges later, I think it's better if it will be traded on the site poloniex bittrex, reaching all the security and maintaining a good price on the stock later ..
