As the time and as we are in the begining of an unknown era that everyone explore how a blockchain token system will be used i every day more convinced that blockchain token system will be working in the future only for payments, maybe for hash timestamp but not for smart contracts, not for DAO and of course not for data storing.
The future will be decentralised for sure but will not based on blockchain token system. That system will be only one part of the future and that for secure digital payment.
I see more future to smart contract to networks like ipfs
