There were other scam accusations for this company before in this forum. I never understood why would someone buy gold for bitcoins anyway. If you want to buy gold, go to your local seller and buy it with your FIAT, or buy it from a bank. Those gold/bitcoin companies are mostly scam in my experience.

All those promises of pegging metals or fiat currencies to Bitcoin are scams, they just want your Bitcoins. Don't leave your Bitcoins go, everyone after them, either in form of ponzis like HashOcean, in form of altcoins that promise impossible things, or in form of stuff like BitGold. Just buy Bitcoin, and if you want gold, buy it locally.

Bitgold is fraud company run my people who have shady past (involved in ponzi schemes)

They have banned my account with $$$$ balance in and not responding or sent my balance
The reason for my ban is that I have received $50 worth of bitgold 2 months ago and that bitgold was bought by the sender with stolen credit card (which the sender denied and showed me the transactions of his account).When I confronted bitgold with proofs,they immediately banned my sender's account

Bitgold offered free gold to referrals and increased their subscriber base to half a million..they wanted to build up the site valuation and showcase to angel investors and big corps for take over and earn billions

They really don't have any gold in their vaults and they are circulating/spending the depositors money.I know hundreds of people who got scammed by bitgold

Very soon it will turn to scam and close

They are a scammer company. I advice you to use a more trustable company, bitgold has scammed many people since they has opened. So, don't put only 1 satoshi in that site.
