If there is no cost to get a card with starter plan than you should have to make it correct on the website. Why it still showing €9.99 this? Even starter plan is free but it doesn't offer any kind of benefits there like the other plans.

In fact even though I've got just a basic plutus card, I've now realised I own a few hundreds PLU which I've bought in January 2018 and have been sitting in a MEW since - but I didn't find a clear explanation in the website on how exactly the staking process works, where to move the coins and if the coins get locked and for how long and stuff, nor which precise benefits one gets with the different amounts of PLU staked... still a quite obscure matter.
